Welcome to OmniDeck. By accessing our website and using our services, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using OmniDeck, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use our services.

2. Usage Limits

Users on the Free tier are subject to specific limits (e.g., number of decks, storage size, participants). OmniDeck reserves the right to enforce these limits and suspend accounts that attempt to bypass them.

3. User Content

You retain ownership of the content you create (decks, quizzes). However, by using our service, you grant OmniDeck a license to host, display, and perform this content as required to provide the service.

4. Pro Subscriptions

Pro subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or yearly). You may cancel at any time via the Settings page. Refunds are handled at our discretion for billing errors, but generally, payments are non-refundable.

5. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
